My "home away from home".

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I found myself about to be discharged from a hospital  without a place to go, recuperate and manage my health concerns.

PAX fulfilled all my needs and requirements above and beyond.

Facility Staff included an experienced doctor affiliated with Cedar Sinai with experience in VIP concierge patient handling and a consultancy in pain management, a scheduled nurse and compassionate caregivers.  Care included transports from hospitals, doctors appointments, meals, laundry, 24/7 personal care without the hospital setting.  I choose not to mention specific names for privacy which I also appreciated about this facility. 

I felt secure knowing that a doctor specialized in critical care and hospital medicine was taking care of me a which he/she is essentially trained to keep people out of trouble in those delicate moments.

If I ever find myself in the same predicament.  I will definitely be back.

Excellent place with 24-hour service,  the establishment is very comfortable with all the requirements.  Doctor Ghodsian very professional and friendly, nurse Andy very professional and a good person.  Vani and Emily are very attentive people offering all their help 24 hour service.  If you need a speedy recovery, this would be a good decision for recovery.  I would give more then 5 stars!

Dr. G...saying, thank you, seems inadequate compared to the level of care received post ACDF surgery.  There is a level of comfort you create in a professional way that makes me feel less a patient and more like a friend or family member.  It's obvious you love your interactions with your patients with your kind words of encouragement and listening ear.  It's beyond any expectations I may have had about not being, lost in the shuffle, post surgery.  It's  warm fuzzy feeling that keeps a positive vice going for myself and my family during this time.  I truly believe positivity and a good attitude from everyone is most important for recovery of any length.  Dr. G...you deserve a "Gold Star", in my book! I hope you know just how much you make a difference and how much my family and I appreciate you.

This facility is by far the most modern, clean and organized facility I have ever been to.  I stayed here for my short term recovery after having my knee surgery and it was great.  The Doctor and nurses gave me the best care ever.  The facility is very nice and clean and very well maintained.  It felt like home!  Perfect place for you or your loved one needing short term recovery post operative! 

All staff truly care about their residents and they provide the best care.  I have never seen staff that treat residents as if they were family, but here they do.  Fresh meals, they provide dignity and support to patients, staff is very experienced.  I can not recommend a place more highly.  Amazing and newly remodeled place.  Take a tour and meet the staff.  They are fantastic!

My father was admitted to PAX Recovery for his short term stay after having his spine surgery.  Thankfully he was placed in PAX Recovery for his short term recovery.  To say we are grateful for the entire staff is an understatement.  The entire staff was amazing with him, took care of him very well & always answered all of my questions in such a professional manner.  The facility is very clean, modern and well kept.

I know looking for a facility that will care for you or your loved ones can be stressful and scary these times.  However, I highly recommend PAX Recovery,there is not enough credit being where its due.  I searched and searched for reviews and unfortunately did not find many, so I hope my review helps you make a decision.
